This wedding cake is made with the "Paisley Pan" using only two of the layers. It's covered in a butter cream icing using a "faux" fondant finish, then decorated with Fondant/Gum Paste Flowers and presented on a floral fabric covered board.
The guitar cake was for the Groom, completely done with butter cream icing using the wedding colors. The gray area of the guitar was dusted with silver sugar flakes to give it a little bit of shimmer and it was presented on a musical notes fabric covered board.
